A perfect property, spotlessly clean, exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location in the center of things that you will need. It offers functional rooms with extra bottles of water and a good view, as for instance, and every member of the staff was very efficient and amazingly helpful...

Convenient and confortable for a brief city visit. Facilities adequate without being exciting. Better to dine out than in.

Excellent location. Spacious & lively lobby. Ample provision of powet outlets.
Poor wi-fi connection. Lack of mini fridge. Window design limiting the view of outside.

The hotel location is quite good. I'm the middle of the city.
The car park is not operational so you need to park on the street infront of the hotel. There is no not much the hotel offers other than a cafe/restaurant. No kettle or iron in the rooms. The toilet is quite small so are the rooms. But it is a good hotel if you will use it for business or a city trip.

Very efficient with everything.Very comfortable and helpful staff. The buffet was excellent -we would go half board if we booked again as it is so far from anywhere else to eat. We got a free upgrade on the room- very nice!
Still building the spa. Hotel miles from anywhere and some of their restaurants were not open but they did run a complimentary bus to town.

Staff were very helpful, and friendly. Is in quite a good location (taxi to the Citadel and downtown Amman was only around 3JDs). Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Sometimes the internet didn't work, which could be a bit frustrating.

It had central location close to Amman Mall.

While the hotel is conveniently located near a mall and has friendly staff, the cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly the aging shower fixtures. The food was decent, but we experienced some stomach issues as well. It feels like some upgrades are definitely needed.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast and restaurant is good enough. Good price, nice location and free Internet. Guaranteed quality of International Ibis City Hotels chain.
I stayed 2 nights and I have nothing to complain about. Cost/benefit is excellent.

We spent one night at this hotel after a flight into Jordan. Would highly recommend this hotel if your looking for something which is very modern, clean & comfortable and good value for money. As we didn't spend any time in Amman I can't comment on the location but it is a great choice if you are passing through as we were. I was happy with the service from the staff and I would stay there again if I was passing through Amman.
